Everyone was very polite & took care of us as soon as we walked thru the door. Amy even called us before our appointment to tell us how to get to the service department because of the construction being done in front of the dealership. That was a good thing.

George Zeljak, Tina Fell and Amanda in Autobody went out of their way to make this process much easier. Our truck had been involved in an accident, and we needed a new truck ASAP to pull our camper on a scheduled vacation. With their teamwork, they made that happen!!! Otherwise, we would have had to cancel our vacation. A big shout of Thank You to them and the rest of the Community Chevrolet Team that helped in the process!

Good eye found some things wrong that I did not know that would have costs me later.

There was a problem with the transmission. My vehicle was out for almost 3 weeks. I was given a vehicle to drive until mine was fixed. End of day keys were exchanged and off I went.

The employees always do a great job at Community Chevrolet in Meadville! I scheduled my own appointment for an oil change, which is a great feature. I had the oil change, tires rotated, air filter changed all within an hour! I also had a punch card from previous oil changes which gave me the oil change for free!! I will continue to go to them for my car needs.

I ordered a 2025 Silverado, but after a few weeks was told I would have to order a 2026. Pricing was competitive and I ordered the truck. When it arrived, I had remote start installed. It took several weeks due to GM software problems, but they finally got it right. I had to be patient, but was kept informed all along. In the end all went well and I am very satisfied with the dealer.

I was greeted quickly and politely by the service advisor. I was about 10-15 minutes for my appointment. They got my truck in and out quick also. No problem putting my GM reward points towards my bill. Very nice people and will use them in the future!

Waited a bit too long for an oil change. PLus the coupon for $74 is a mistake. It cost $92.00. We understand we have to pay for 2 extra quarts which should be $10.00 more. Coupons sent out should be the final price. .
