Everyone was friendly and pleasant. My Chevy Trax has the oil changed and cabin filter changed and tires rotated. All of this was done in a timely manner.

The employees always do a great job at Community Chevrolet in Meadville! I scheduled my own appointment for an oil change, which is a great feature. I had the oil change, tires rotated, air filter changed all within an hour! I also had a punch card from previous oil changes which gave me the oil change for free!! I will continue to go to them for my car needs.

Waited a bit too long for an oil change. PLus the coupon for $74 is a mistake. It cost $92.00. We understand we have to pay for 2 extra quarts which should be $10.00 more. Coupons sent out should be the final price. .

I was greeted quickly and politely by the service advisor. I was about 10-15 minutes for my appointment. They got my truck in and out quick also. No problem putting my GM reward points towards my bill. Very nice people and will use them in the future!

Your team went out of their way to get me the exact truck I wanted. My debt to income was very close to not be able to finance this truck. Your financial department worked on it for a week till it was the deal I would accept. I ordered a 2025 Silverado, but after a few weeks was told I would have to order a 2026. Pricing was competitive and I ordered the truck. When it arrived, I had remote start installed. It took several weeks due to GM software problems, but they finally got it right. I had to be patient, but was kept informed all along. In the end all went well and I am very satisfied with the dealer.

I had a 7:30 oil change, there was a hood latch problem that was text to my husband who was not there and couldn’t answer. I was in the waiting area and totally unaware of this. No one came to check. At 9:15 I finally got someone to go find my vehicle that was just hanging out waiting on a text they was never gonna be sent. And my hood latch was just stuck. The text said it needed replacing. No it didn’t, just needed some WD40. Not a $200 repair bill. I’m definitely not impressed with the service department.

The appointment was scheduled for 1:00. We sat until 1:40 and then our car was taken to the service area. Two other customers came in after we did and their cars were both taken back to the garage while ours was still in the parking area. Our car was done at 14:33. We were charged $485.88 for labor which was less than an hour of work! We have been in numerous times and have never had such poor service. You can check our receipt and see there is no time listed for time in but time out is there.

The process was efficient and had great communication. So far everything looks great. Only have driven it home, but it seemed to be okay.

The service team got me in and out in a very reasonable time. Just needed a yearly inspection, and I only needed new windshield wipers. Great customer service!

Came in at the weekend to pick up my Corvette. However, the service department was closed. The sales guy was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got my car. Very nice people in the service department

I had a leaking tire on my pickup. I dropped it off at 7:30 AM. The Community Chey shuttled dropped me off at the local YMCA. Upon my return at 9:00 AM the vehicle was repaired and ready to go. They found a screw in the tire that was leaking and repaired it. Thanks Community Chevy, job well done!

Tina was an excellent salesperson from the very start when I first went to see her about purchasing a new vehicle to the day I took ownership. She is very knowledgeable, explained everything about my new vehicle and took me out and went over it all. Everyone at this dealership is very polite and helpful, and best of all they aren't pushy! Huge thanks to all.

The best part of Community Chevrolet is the employees! From sales to service to the lovely ladies who mop the floors, everyone is considerate, kind and very helpful.

It took a bit longer than usual-not a problem. When I got in I automatically checked to see if everything was reset-air pressure in all 4 tires had not been inflated to 35. There was also very little windshield wash-I thought they checked all fluid levels! Nothing bad but I would not have been able to inflate the tires due to a back problem! Inflation of tires was taken care of by attendant before I left.

Courteous staff and getting the work done on my car in the time estimated is something I very much appreciate.

Kyle at the service desk was very nice but my car was in the shop for 6 weeks.

I was there for an inspection and I needed a few things that were not planned for and with which I didn't have enough money on hand for but the service representative went out of her way to help me get a line of credit to cover everything. This worked out so I was able to get all the work done I needed to pass the State inspection. I'm forever grateful to my service representative for this help who was Liz McGuigan.

I had a dead mouse in my car and appointments were available until the next week. Lisa told me I could bring the car in and they would work it in over the next few days. They fixed everything the same day!

I understand what oil life means but when I want my oil changed at 50 % life left, I don’t want to have to debate why I’m changing it early. That’s where I’m comfortable and how I’ve done it for years in my vehicles and that’s not going to change because I bought a brand new truck from your dealership.
