Thanks to the latest in suspension dampening technology, the 2024 Silverado makes even the most treacherous terrain traversable. Though the diesel engine is slightly heavier than the standard V-8, Chevy’s finely attuned suspension limits its presence, ensuring a balanced ride. If anything, the added torque makes one imagine the Silverado is capable of navigating any surface, no matter how cumbersome. 

Perhaps that will be the 2024 Silverado’s legacy: it’s the rare truck where its capabilities may be limited only by the imagination. 

As always, the 1500 is the faster, sleeker model, ideal for the weekend warrior craving off-road adventure.
