WHERE TO TAKE YOU VEHICLE When arriving at Community Chevrolet, please pull into one of the lanes under the service canopy. Walk into the service department's door and begin to experience our easy check in process. CHECKING OUT AFTER SERVICE Your paperwork will be at the service desk awaiting your arrival. Your service advisor will go over the repairs and charges before taking you to the cashier. We will always attempt to have your vehicle ready as promised. It is our policy to offer the best service possible. Please notify management if anything is unsatisfactory. EARLY BIRD DROP OFF Located outside our service office, under the canopy, is an Early Bird Drop Box. Just drop your keys in the provided envelope, fill out the necessary information, and a service consultant will contact you to confirm your request the next morning. SHUTTLE SERVICE/RENTAL OPTIONS Community Chevrolet offers a local shuttle service to work or home when arranged with your service reservation. Rental cars can and will be provided at a discounted rate, if available, upon request. In order to rent a vehicle the customer must be 21 years of age, and have a major credit card and current insurance information. |
