My name is Tim Betts and I am proud to serve as the Service Manager here at Community Chevrolet. Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about our Service Department. Please know that my office is located behind the Service Counter should you ever wish to address any concerns with me personally.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT COMMUNITY CHEVROLET
The west entrance from US Route 322 features a Service Canopy so that you can drive up out of the weather. Just inside the Service Entrance Door you will find our Service Advisors ready to assist you! We will review your concerns, check in your vehicle, and, if necessary, refer your to our Courtesy Transportation Coordinator.
If at any time you have questions during your visit, please do not hesitate to ask us.
WHEN YOUR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE
Your paperwork will be at the service desk awaiting your arrival. Your service advisor will go over the repairs, charges, and any recommendations made by your vehicle's technician. We will also gladly answer any questions you may have about your repairs. Our Cashier is conveniently located right by the Service Counter.
